The Austin Bruins defeated the Minnesota Mallards 4-1 on Thursday, March 12, 2025 at Forest Lake Sport Center.

The Bruins took the lead late in the first period, with a goal from Trace Day . Tyler Shaver assisted.

Jake Spraetz scored early in the second period, assisted by Will Distad.

The Bruins made it 3-0 with a goal from Evan Malkhassian .

With a minute left, Trace Day scored a goal, assisted by Ashton Bynum , making the score 4-0.

Jacob Faith narrowed the gap to 4-1 with a goal early in the third period, assisted by Jordan Brothers.
